Information
Onyx Opera Inc. moved to the VI in order to create a paradigm shift in the territory through the Arts, particularly Classical Music. The shift will take place by exposing and involving children, youth and young adults to a whole new level of the Arts. Documented statistics have shown that serious involvement and participation in the Arts has a positive effect on the academic achievement and lives of the participants.
Studies show the ratio is a 4% increase in Mathematics and 7% in English.
From my own experiences, two of the key benefits of Art involvement are; focus and discipline.

Semi–staged productions and concerts with Piano or orchestra on St. Croix, St. Thomas, St. John and throughout the Caribbean Islands.
These performances will allow singers with the voices for Opera and Musical Theater to coach and perform, gaining the necessary on stage experience that leads to Artistic growth.
Master classes will be conducted by Retired Metropolitan Opera Tenor, George Shirley, Mr. Eudovique other other accomplished Artist.
